Rabinov Property Management Limited (“RPML”) as the Responsible Entity for the Rabinov Diversified Property Trust ("Trust") announced today that Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) has signed an agreement with RPML to acquire 50% ownership of RPML.
The joint venture for the future management of the Trust will be established once certain conditions are satisfied by both entities and provided unitholders’ approval is obtained.

Rabinov Property Management Limited (“RPML”) as the Responsible Entity for the Rabinov Diversified Property Trust ("Rabinov Trust") announced today that the Board of Directors has adopted the independent valuation as at 30 June 2006 prepared by Jones Lang LaSalle. The Board has therefore adopted a portfolio value of approximately $235.4 million that includes recently settled Building 2 at Botanicca Corporate Park that is held at cost (including acquisition costs).

The expenditure estimated at $1.08 million and subject to required approvals will undertake the works with the completion date expected to be November 2006.

Rabinov Property Management Limited (“RPML”) as the Responsible Entity for the Rabinov Diversified Property Trust ("Rabinov Trust" or "RDPT") announced today the settlement of Building 2 leased to GE Capital Finance Australasia at the Botanicca Corporate Park, in Richmond, Victoria.
GE Capital Finance Australasia Pty Ltd, being the current tenant in Building 2, has in place a 12 year lease arrangement with fixed annual rent increases for the full term of the lease.

The distribution for the full year ending 30 June 2005 for ordinary units is 11.37 cents per unit, which is 9.6% higher than last year (10.28 for the year ending 30 June 2004).
